99% on my commercial knowledge test

I have to disagree with you guys. I can't count the times when someone with a high 90's score (Gleim Graduates) could not put something to practice. They knew that this question was b, that one was c, etc. But when it was time to put it to practice, they were lost.

I am not knocking Gleim stuff, heck I used it for 5 tests myself. All I am saying is that before bragging about how much you think you know b/c you got a 98 in 7 minutes, that you may want to think of what you really do NOT know.

Couldn't agree more. Also who says I didn't learn the material? As far as a 99% as good as a 70% I don't disagree. However come the actual FAA check ride I am more than certain the FAA examiner will go a little easier on the oral with someone who received a 99% than one that scored a 70%.

As far as me not learning or just memorizing the material id like to state that Lewis is a pretty tough 141 school. I am more than certain our stage 3 Pvt. are more knowledgeable than most stage 3 commercial students else wear. (let the flames begin)
 
Well, for me it's a bit of a pride thing... I don't want to hand a DE a written score of 70% the day of the checkride... just doesn't seem like that reflects well on how I approach learning the science/art of flying.

maybe the DE doesn't care, but I do.
