91K start date

I'm sorry that I'm too lazy to search through all of the old threads, but I need an answer.

Is there any chance that Part 91K enforcement has been put off until sometime in September? I seem to remember that there was an extension of the compliance date, but I can't find it. Does anyone have any info?

Unless something has changed, 91K went into effect sometime this past February.
