I saw one of the test birds do a long cross country at 430. Will they that high in revenue ops?

I believe that 430 is the service ceiling, and they may have been demonstrating the capability. Most likely, the optimum altitude for fuel economy at typical gross weights will be lower than that.
 
Would any pilot accept 430? I believe the current 121 reg is one guy on oxygen above FL410.

That's not a 121 reg...anybody flying above FL410 is supposed to have one crewmember wearing a mask.

Single pilot, its above FL350.

I always wear a mask up at FL450...always, I swear...
