Once heard about a 737 training DVD where each switch and system were discussed.

Anybody know what it's called or where I can get one.

Not excactly what you are looking for, however, there are training modules for all systems and 3/5 differences on SWA life, flt ops, training news. Systems are broken into each year they are covered for recurrent. Apologies if you knew this already.
