Has anyone gone to the K & S 737 type rating school? What did you think, and is there anything I could do to help prepare myself for training.

What ever you do, do not go to Pan Am International Flight Academy. They will be you friend until you pay them.

I went to K&S. I loved it.

Just learn the memory items and limitations before you go. If you have more time left over, then read through the systems. Then if you still have time left, read throught the profiles.

All you really need to do is memorize the limitations and memory items in the emergency checklists. The rest, they'll teach you.

Even if a worse case scenario (if you don't study at all before you get there) it is possible to make it through if you study hard once you arrive. But I don't recommend that route.
