I do know that both the Pass cards and Capt. Duplissey's cards are SWA specific. And I know that you can buy both sets of the above mentioned cards for the same price you can get the 'ability to print your own.' with your own, printer, ink, and time.
I got the Pass cards before I started initial training, great for memorizing limits, box items etc. I got the Duplissey cards a few months ago to bone up on the more complex parts of the FOM for my 1 year PC. The Duplissey cards are more in depth with lots of info on each one (less of flash cards for rote memorization, more of study cards). So, I think both are good for their intended purpose. And it isn't that hard to add a card or change a number for the inevitable slight modifications to procedures that happen.
I also recommend the flows and profile charts. I've found them invaluable in my prep as a poolie. Maybe some of it is overkill, but it's good info. PM me if you have any other questions.
