What keeps the plane from going to 230 and 250 after the LEDs are retracted?
Nothing...but why is this important? If there is some concern about obstacles... Use best angle from the climb page. If there is a speed restriction for airspace, use speed intervention. Plane climbs much better at 250 then 210. Once you hit acceleration height with both engines turning you are way above SE profile so obstacles aren't usually a concern.
