Dear Colleague, Effective today, employees can earn an extra $500 simply for referring others to American Eagle. The People Department is reintroducing the Employee Referral Bonus Program for all active Eagle and Executive employees on U.S. payroll. All you have to do is refer someone for a Pilot or an A&P Mechanic position at American Eagle, and upon successful completion of their training, the $500 is yours.

This is how it works:
Referral Process
- Click on the "Employee Referral" link on the upper right side of the Jetnet home page.
- Fill out the form with your name and employee number, along with the name and e-mail address of the person you are referring.
- After the form is submitted, an e-mail will be generated to the person you are referring, inviting him or her to apply online at AmericanEagleCareers.com.
- A copy of this e-mail will also be sent to the People Department.
- Applications entered online between November 1, 2006 and February 28, 2007 are eligible for the employee referral bonus.
- The applicant you refer must be hired and successfully complete training before you will receive the bonus.
- The bonus will be added to your regular paycheck as a lump sum of $500.
- You and the referred employee must both be on active U.S. payroll when the bonus is issued, in order for you to receive the money.
