4yr. Degree needed at Airtran?

Do you all know of anyone getting on board or will they hire without a degree? Also is it true Klaus decides who gets called for interviews?

College degree preferred, however they do interview and I suppose hire without a degree, but you have to have an impressive amount of part 121 TJ PIC in big airplanes. Smart people at AirTran they do not let the absence of a 4-yr degree stand in the way of hiring the right pilot. Much like JB and SWA.
