I got 70 hours of levelling on reserve this month so far - NOT on "first fly" - we could definitely use some help....

Do you guys/gals like a seperate pay scale for each plane or do you like it the way UPS does it?

I wish it was broken down by airplane. Get all the grays off the easy lines in chase of the dollar. If we all made the same $ you would never have a shot at holding your hometown line b/c someone would sit on it for years. Not to say that changing pay would remedy that, but it might since the dollar has the ability to make people give up QOL. Probably better for the company to have the same pay since it should cut down on training costs.
