I got out of realestate funds this year.

4 funds max.

The Real Estate fund (unless I am misinformed) includes all Real Estate, new and existing home sales, apartment stuff, leasing, and other stuff. So even if the housing market isn't doing well, the fund may still be doing good. And checking now, that fund has had a YTD return of 32.25% as of the close of business yesterday. I might hang on to this one a little while longer.

I dumped about 1/2 of mine into the Latin America Fund as well last year, it has been great, haven't looked at my Personal Return lately, was around 16% a month or so ago.
 
Hey wolf we get the higher percentage because we don't have to give half of it to the ex wife. :)
