Seems that the initial plan was for 40 pilots, they took 32 on the first wave, and now they want 8 more, so maybe the first staffing plan was more realistic.

We're understaffed from a planning standpoint. The Saigon people are barely working, I'm not sure about Hanoi.

That's the problem - they don't even come close to the pay the ATR folks here are getting.

Negative. They are hiring due to slim hiring initially, and due to training requirements making them a little thin.
