So in reality only a 14% raise over 5 years in real terms. A whopping 2.8% real increase per year. And if inflation picks up to say 4-5 % it is a wash.

except remember it took us 4 years to get here...

and you know 100% that at the end of the 5 years the contract will drag on several more years.

So it dilutes the offer much, much more

Unless we get an overwhelming win. Then BB and BF will be gone in five years. Just another reason to hold the line.
