The 29th is the day the delta vote closes. American's judge has delayed his ruling for another week. From the American Airlines Management perspective: The 27th is the date they set for a deadline to negotiate with APA. They are trying to threaten them into voting in a cheap contract before Delta pilots possibly pass theirs on the 29th. Voting results come in on the 29th and the Judge in the American case could possibly swing more towards APA's favor looking at what Delta Pilots will be making in relation and scope as well.

The 29th could be one of the more important days for the future of this industry.

Didnt UAL/CAL have a deadline of June 29th to get a JCBA signed?

Agree, but the flip side is large RJs-

Delta will be voting in a huge new order of -900's, which would gut APAs stance on nothing higher than 70 seats.
