I think one of the main guys over at 26N was a past employee of New World. When word got out that he was branching out, NW tried to stop him w/ some form of infringement. Never stuck. I think it was a case of the big guys pushing around the little ones to keep the competition down. If you ask me, New World went about it all wrong...It's like my uncle Vito use to say, "ain't no problem a lead pipe and a pair of vise grips can't take care of."
The legal battle was concerning 26North using New Worlds GOM and basicly photocopying it and puting their name on it.
I think they came out all right on it. I mean a GOM can even be found on the internet.
