Lake Elmo 21D? a suburb of Minneapolis rents an old one for $95 per hour last time that I checked. Not all that close to you, but it might be the closest.

No 210s, but a bigger than normal collection of high-performance a/c. (Including a 421 & 425)

I'd love to know the mins and cost to rent the 421 or 425! Sounds like they'd be a lil' out of my leauge!
