24V on the battery, ALT FLD circuit breaker in, negative discharge on the ammeter, switched alternator on and off, high rpm/low rpm, doesn't seem to help...naturally low voltage light stays on.

Belt seems ok.

BTW, I'm in ILM on my trip from FL to NJ.

Tat sucks man, I hope you can take care of it, give Epic a call so they can authorize a repair at the local airport.

Does the battery stays at 24V with the engine running?

It was steady at 24V for the few minutes I had it running.

I called Epic, they'll call me back with "the plan".

If the GPS starts dying, radios make crazy squelches and such then you had an alternator failure a while back and your battery is shutting down.

Sorry to hear that dude.

The system with the alternator working should put out 28V, don't run the battery anymore untill they tell youwhat to do.
