This is the school that I am currently attending. This job isn't bad, good benifits, decent pay (not great, but decent), and a lot of fun. There are 14 planes in the fleet, Mostly 172's, XP, N, P, RG. There is a sitabria for aerobatics, and a 310 for the twin.

INSTRUCTOR OF AVIATION TECHNOLOGY/DEPARTMENT CHAIRPERSON
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Instructor of Aviation
Technology/Department Chairperson oversees
the day-to-day operations of the Aviation
Technology Program. The position reports to the
Dean of Instruction. The position is responsible
for the supervision of instructors and support
personnel assigned to the Program. This position
facilitates recruiting for the Aviation Technology
Program. This position performs duties of
Assistant Flight Instructor and flight and general
instructor as required.
DATE OF NOTICE: April 22, 2005
STARTING DATE: July 1, 2005 start preferred
for the 2005/2006 academic year.
SELECTION PROCESS: Preliminary screening
will be made on the basis of completed

Ratings as per FAA; possess qualifications for
obtaining Chief Flight Instructor Designation as
per FAA; Second Class Flight Physical as per
FAA; ability to obtain vocational credential
within one year. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
Advanced and Instrument Ground Instructor as
per FAA; Air Transport Pilot Rating as per FAA.
LOCATION: Rangely, Colorado Campus
TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Full-time, 9 month
Instructional unless program enrollment
warrants a summer session
SALARY: Anticipated hiring range – mid $30’s.
