141 commercial phase check

I ahve a MEI student comming in tommorow who received his CMEL part 141. I have never worked for a 141 place and was wondering if the final phase of the program is considered PIC time for him like a part 61 check ride. Need to know when we can be at 15 hour minimum for the MEI ride.

Hi...

If this student received their Multi-Commercial as an add-on to the Commercial ASEL, the time acquired during the check ride would be PIC.
