If a 141 flight school has self-examining authority, and you bust an end of course checkride, I believe it is recorded as dual given, meaning NO pink slip.

My 2 cents - if it is under self examining authority, you are not riding with the FAA or a DPE, and you do not get a pink slip.

I am not sure how often the airlines ask about pink slips.
