(Just in case some transient views this thread, I am adamantly against PFT, PFJ or whatever you wanna call it, it brings the entire industry down... Now free BBQ on the other hand... well, there are always exceptions to every rule!)

Well i joined this forum so maybe i could get some insight on who was hiring and what kind of experience the people who were getting hired had. I was curious if i would be competitive out there in this tuff job market.But now that ive read your post i realize that im going to remain a poor pilot for along time to come.Im not very good at barbacue nor do i have any good looking sisters to pimp out to try to get a job !!

But my smoker is firing up right now, the wood is soaking and the Baby Back Ribs will be hitting the grates in about 15 minutes... 4 1/2 hours from now... HEAVEN! OH! Is that an Ice Cold Beer in the fridge I see???
