My question pertains to something I keep reading in the part 135 regs (I've also seen it in part 91). As I was reading through alternate airport requirements and the takeoff and landing mins sections, I keep coming across "part 97 of this chapter".
I don't have my book on me so I cannot give an exact quote but what exactly is "part 97 of this chapter"?
