Has had at least 1,200 hours of flight time as a pilot, including 500 hours of cross-country flight time, 100 hours of night flight time, and 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument time at least 50 hours of which were in actual flight; and

Of the 50 hours of which need to be in actual flight, can that be hood time or does that mean "actual only." Just trying to clearify some uncertainty. Thanks in adance.

Thanks man. :)

There are new 135 minimums

The new category is the the "unique on-demand multi-crew operator" 135.4 Must have PIC 1500 hrs and an ATP certificate and SIC 500 comm, MEL, inst. Plus a bunch of conditions under which the SIC may not make take off and landings, pairing limitations, very close to part 121. All this allows you to shoot approaches to airports without weather.

It's actually "Eligible On-Demand operator", but who's counting?

u r correct

My reg book is at work, but I knew something about it was unique and that was the word Eligible, thanks for the correction.
