Whats the pay and QOL??

Pay depends on A/C assigned and total time you have. Lets see on the King Air or beechjet $50,000-$55,000 to start (not hard #s). QOL is basic charter crap 4 hard days 4 soft days a month average work is around 14 -15 days a month. Pay increases as you advance in a/c and become PIC. Hope that helps.

How much flying are you doing per month? whats the interview like?

Busy month would be about 60 hours you average between 40 and 50 hours a month.
