Could somebody set the record staright for me? These things can get rather confusing.
What is Part 135 versus 91 pertaining to such things as: "private charters", "on demand cargo charters", and "regulated cargo shipping"???
I know what the FAR's say about these matters, but something in plain english would be nice.

"Archer" started a similar thread a few weeks back. Myself and several others tried to explain the different operations.
Use the "Search" function to do a User name Search for Archer, you should find the thread. He was asking about introducing corporate flying or something like that.
