If this Sh@t gets moved back (again), we have already got a group of guys forming, with non registered crashpad cars, that are gonna be mowing over guys in the Employee lot(s).

Remember the guys that wanted to go back to the panel because in their divorce settlement, their Ex-Wives got nothing until they retired, they said "I'd rather Die in that Seat than pay that B@tch!"

They are about to get their wish!

Not at Cal, we had several pilots that were over 60 in our training department before age 65 was approved, including our chief pilot in ewr. The union argued unsucessfully to get these pilots off our official pilot seniority list and thusly when age 65 was approved they begain showing back up in the cockpits. We are still waiting on a definition of what a required crew member is from the FAA which would probably give these guys the boot. I am guessing that the ruling will come down in the next 695 days.
