So, what really happens with age 65 retirements at WN over the next 10 years?

I just went to our website and looked at all retirements from now until the end of 2020. There will be 1080 age 65 retirements from now thru 2020. We have 5900 pilots on the seniority list.

What that means over the next 10 years is increased FO QOL by finally getting based close to home, more upgrades, better QOL for low to mid seniority FO's and CA's, and new hires comming on board.

Maybe some of the, "I'm out at 62," crowd will come thru on their promise too.

Okay, so I keep typing them in all caps and something chages them back to lower case. Wierd...
