121 regs on continuing an approach-help

All approach minimums are based on visibility only. Under Part 91 you can "shoot" an approach with a reported vis of 0. Under 135/121 you cannot even begin the approach if the reported vis is below the vis minimums stated on the approach plate. If you have the required vis to begin the approach, and the vis goes below minimums before you get to the FAF, you must break the approach off. If you are inside the FAF under 121/135 you can continue the approach to the MDA. If at minimums, and you have the airport environment in sight, again, you can continue the approach. If you successfully land under these circumstances you should not have any problems. However, if you prang up the aircraft, you will be in deep doo doo.
 
Reported visibility is controlling for starting an approach. Reported RVR overrides the visibility. You can start an approach regardless of the ceiling. Don't go below DH/MDA unless you have the runway enviroment in sight as per FAR's.

Just thought I'd throw my interpretation in here. Been awake for 20 years... I could be wrong. What is sleep?
