121 knowledge for interview

I have an interview coming up with PSA. I have no prior 121 experience and I was told that because I have no 121 experience that the interviews will not ask 121 regulation questions, is that true?

I had 3 Part 121 interviews last year, and recently interviewed with a Part 135 company. I don't believe I was asked any 121 or 135 questions on any of the interviews. You will most likely be asked questions based on your background and experience whether its flight instructing, or whatever.
