Actually, in layman terms this sounds like a pretty good discription, they even note that you start with low pay- 20K

When I was a very low-time flight instructor, I had the awesome opportunity to give a couple of ag pilots their BFR's. One of the silly situations where a low-time guy is supposed to "review" flight with a million hour ag pilot.

Anyway, these two guys were great pilots and a lot of fun, but not college graduates. I guess they were old-school. BTW, guess who got more out of the BFR than the ag pilots?
