§ 91.123 Compliance with ATC clearances and instructions.
(d) Each pilot in command who (though not deviating from a rule of this subpart) is given priority by ATC in an emergency, shall submit a detailed report of that emergency within 48 hours to the manager of that ATC facility, if...
Much, thanks. Your recognition, however, isn't necessary...nor particularly of any great value.
Are you an international operator? Per ICAO convention, English is spoken for international operations.
Whereas no country is obligated by law to adhere the Convention, following the Annexes is a...
Except, of course, that Kalitta pilots don't live at YIP, nor fly in or out of YIP, which makes life at YIP, save for trips to the simulator for training, largely immaterial...unless someone already lives there...in which case they're already quite familiar with the weather.
It's genius, thanks, and if you think that covering a simple topic like this is rocket science, you may need some remedial help.
Really? Let's review...
So, other than that...perhaps nobody said any such thing. Several posters, in fact, have complained about languages other than English...
That hasn't happened yet, and your favorite toy airplane is no exception. In fact, presently the airlines are poised to start cutting regional jets like the RJ and ERJ in large quantities...because they've proven less efficient and less effective, and more costly than larger aircraft. Fiddle...
There are no contradictions; merely your inability to comprehend.
Whereas the ICAO convention is not regulatory, any participation thereof is indeed a courtesy. This includes speaking English for international operations.
It also includes keeping your panties on, for you Ugly Americans, who...

Airline Era Ends as Carriers Cull 50-Seat Jets `Nobody Wants'
By Mary Jane Credeur and Mary Schlangenstein - Sep 2, 2010 9:01 PM MT
The 50-seat jets once prized...
Old school? Fine. All you'll need to do is convince every country on the planet that's a signatory to the Convention and it's annexes that they may only speak English at all times in their native land.
Presently the Annexes only require that English be spoken by ATC and crews of...
No, it is not, and does not apply to the requirement for logging flight time. A company may set a standard for using two pilot crews in a single pilot airplane in their operations manual, and the company will be expected to abide this requirement. However, this does not meet the criteria of 14...
You can't do that, yourself. Had you done so, you wouldn't be able to read the posts...but you can't help yourself any more than you can help yourself from responding.
Haven't you been embarrassed enough?
I'm quite smart enough to see that you had spoken stupidly, and that you continue to do...
It's a public board. Got it. That was never in question. Your failure to comprehend basic English, however, is clearly in question. When I stated "Mind your own business," clearly referring to the Ugly Americans who seem to feel that the world should speak their language, I meant just that...
I said nothing of the kind. Your failure to comprehend doesn't change the fact.
Perhaps you need to learn to comprehend.
I stated that one need not be concerned about the French speaking French to other French pilots, and for that one should mind one's own business. Posters here have...
I never have a problem understanding French controllers. I have never had one once speak French to me.
That a French controller speaks French to other pilots is not my concern, as I am not in their cockpit.
That you worry about it is a personal problem, for you.
Ego, you say...for allowing...
It's a mechanic certificate with airframe and or powerplant ratings...and this is required only for some of the jobs.
Some individuals work in certain locations down range, but Dynamic has operations all over the globe. Lots of airplanes, lots of assignments, domestic and abroad.
You can't prove anything, because the truth is that you just don't know. You don't know that the individual was a pilot, let alone a flight instructor. Never the less, you firmly believe this individual slighted you, some how.
Doesn't matter what he was? Suppose he was a bellman, sent by...
