OMFG. I would have seriously guessed 65+. He must make a lot of his old classmates in high school feel good at the reunions. His class probably has one every 6 months just for the ego boost.

If the Union goes away for One Sky, could be really great for QS guys...

How so? Those guys may lose their union as well if Flex gets rid of the 1108. There’s lots of unin busting companies out there to help take care of QS’ union. Decertifiying the Teamsters will set a dangerous precedent for other companies to follow. Wouldn’t surprise me if the airlines take notice as well of how this all goes down. JW was correct this thing is historical.

Well, have you noticed NJASAP and management are playing nice now? How did that come about so quickly? Perhaps Netjets may in fact be buying Flex. If the Onesky decerts it will benefit NJASAP Pilots. Why? Cause there wouldn’t have to be an integration. There would be a stapling of the all the flex/options guys below all the NJA guys. Solves NJA management problems for keeping their pilots happy allowing upgrades for super junior guys and more large aircraft for middle of seniority list guys! Without a union, there’s no integration!

I actually think that Macaskel Bond (sp) applies to all groups regardless of if they have a union or not.

Nice conspiracy theory.

???????????? Why would NJ ever buy Flex, when they can just sit back and watch? If Flex Pilots are stupid enough to decert, NJ will scoop up a lot of the union supporters who will, at that point, abandon the sinking ship. Many others will leave for other carriers. Since Flex is already severely understaffed with Pilots, the resulting post-decert exodus would deliver a fatal blow. NJ wins without lifting a finger.

Just like Ahab. Kenn is chasing his White Whale all the way into the abyss and I fear none of his managers have the courage to warn him about the disastrous game he is playing. I truely hope we Onesky Pilots aren’t foolish enough to follow.

That party is already over if the rumored number of PRIA requests sitting in CGF are true.

Kenn might beat the Union but it will lead to the demise of his company. If the Union goes away, did he really win when he can't hire anybody?

Nice conspiracy theory.[/QUOTE

Is it? Follow the players, see the game.

i have been hearing Flex and options are going out of business for 15 years. Still here, I wouldn’t count on a fatal blow for Ricci with a pilot exodus. He’s like a cockroach after nuclear Armageddon...finds a way to stay kickin.
