Don't know whats its like now, but in 2004 when I went through it was the easiest airline interview I have ever been through. The interviewers didnt even look at my logbooks. Very fun place to work, but the pay scales are awful and I hear Indigo is trying to whittle away at the work rules, which used to be pretty good.
