Got a jumpseat ride yesterday from y'all. Everybody really nice and hospitable.
Just wanted to say thanks!
Bill, I ride your airline all the time and they very often bend over backwards to accomodate me. Thanks to you and all your compatriots. We don't all have to agree on everything at all times, but I am so very thankful to be treated with respect when jumpseating. If there is one area where we should all be able to agree it certainly should be in regard to the jumpseat. I'm glad you had a good experience on SWA.Got a jumpseat ride yesterday from y'all. Thanks Howard,
The agents were the rock stars. I was on a leisure trip and it was tight and they laid out options for me checking ways to get there.
I wish I could say the same about our agents (rolling eyes)....sorry
I've had to commute exclusively on DAL for the past 6 months since SWA shut down my commute to ATL. It seems to me that the Agents are much better than they used to be, even in the dreaded ATL. In fact, every one has been great.
True story- I even had a DAL F/A offer to take a later flight, so that a DAL Capt could ride the F/A jumpseat, and I could ride in the cockpit!
Of course, being the suave and deboner gentleman I am, I declined her generous offer to leave her in the dirt. . . . She listed standby for a cabin seat, got the last one, the Capt rode the F/A jump, and I sat up front. Outstanding all around!
I've been very impressed with the "new' Delta.
