Just like in the past IROPs, they have no clue where they've stranded crews and have reserves sitting on their asses while begging for crews to volunteer to save the operation. Planes are sitting a gates with FAs but no pilots while planes a couple of gates over are sitting with pilots and no FAs. It's almost comical, except for the fact that this will burn up our profit sharing for the year.

Morale is "WOE"-fully low as of late and there appears to be a significant lack of interest in helping management get bonuses for the takeaways they've forced upon the pilots with the latest PEA. They just tried to offer Premium Time as an enticement to come fly...exactly what they took away from us two weeks ago and would be offering as double time in previous IROPs.

Will someone in the media please ask what was going on with the flight attendants at jetblew? Because they ran completely out of them over the weekend. Rumor is a slow down because they are all pi$$ed off about the draconian health care changes, 321 seniority violations, and the eminent loss of time-and-a-half.

Pilots aplenty this weekend despite 117 from what I could see.

The company is playing Russian roulette right now. If the real story of this cover up gets out, we re gonna be public enemy #1.

But I heard the same about the FAs. Judging from being in the trenches there all week, mgmt has lost a majority off all B6 workers. Rampers, Agents, etc. are fed up with mgmt putting them in these positions. Morale def felt way lower during this IROP than ones in the past.
