I think they're just making a joke because of the reaction when this same thing happened recently to Southwest. Even though it was essentially the same thing, it got 15 pages of anti-SWA commentary.

The newspaper's headline here is "Delta plane skids off runway in SAV," which apparently meant that the pilot inadvertantly turned the nosewheel into the grass when exiting the runway. Wow. Riveting. Actually, I'm sure that this Delta incident is probably still Southwest's fault--you know, setting a bad example and all. Whaddya' think, General?

Once again.....(above)

You guys are awesome....

And the jack holes chime in....

You stay classy Red!

Not necessarily for you Bill, it was meant in jest.

But definitely all the anti-SW jack holes that LUV to chime in when Southwest does the same. I realize we all live in glass houses, there are many on here that don't.

Looks like some of the Delta gals can't take what they dish out. Sh!t can happen to anyone at anytime, no one is immune.

That's got to be the least interesting article and video I've ever seen
The 30second soundless video showing nothing was seriously not worth the minute ad on Sisters Southern cooking

............?
Looks like the general can't speak because he has a mouth full of crow! Loser.

GREAT second post! WOW!

You are a JACK......

I didn't have to answer at all, but Bubba stated it must have been SWA's fault, jokingly. I acknowledged.

Acting like SWA pilots won't get you SWA rates.

Worth a try though.

:D

DL has better rates on bigger equipment, and the smaller ones will catch up by 2015.
