Aren't you glad you didn't get tied to that group? They could F up a winning lottery ticket and probably would have found a way to have you all on regional pay. Maybe when you guys at Delta start hiring you can hire some of the poor west guys that are still there. Those east tards are going to retire/die on LOA93.

Private lee is no delta pilot, delta pilots don't spend all day and night posting thousands of inflammatory messages. Private is a poser with an overall anti-pilot agenda. Go crawl back under your rock scumbag. How many posts do you have now? Pathetic...... HS

ONE SIDE didn't follow the binding arbitration they agreed to beforehand. It is all their fault. They didn't like the result like a bunch of babies, and everyone but Parker is feeling the effects.

Hey General

Do you keep a copy of the "Nic" award on your phone so u can review it on a weekly basis on your fabulous overnights and discuss it over a few beers with your international flight attendants?

Your pretty cool!

Where I live it is a beautiful day. I had the top down on the car and someone else. If the nic was imposed on me I would have won a DFR suit against ALPA. ALPA policy said "no windfall" and a 2 month pilot on probation being senior to a 16.4 year pilot is a "windfall" everyone knows that. ALPA would have lost a giant DFR suit. If Private Lee says he wouldn't fight being in the same position as us he or she has no balls and shall remain a Private till getting a pair.

"YOUR" pretty cool? No, YOU ARE. You guys are going to lose, and even if you stretch it out longer, you will just go with substandard pay longer. You just CAN'T sign up for binding arbitration and then NOT follow the award. That won't be tolerated, and you will eventually lose. This issue is bad for all of us because it sets a bad precedent. I guess anyone who doesn't like the awarded outcome of a binding arbitration hearing can just walk away from it? YOU WILL LOSE, and you are already a bunch of losers. Have a great day!

We already went through arbitration, and we all stuck to the award, like people do who have integrity. We didn't know what the panel of arbitrators would award, but we agreed to it beforehand, and it was followed afterwards. NOT YOU GUYS, because you are babies. Explain that if you can......

I...hate...to....say...it...BUT :

I agree.

The debacle of UsAirways and it's merger/arbitration/"USAPA" foolishness is the HEIGHT of folly in this industry.

I have friends at both of the previous airlines.

It is shameful what has occurred, helpful to no one , and detrimental to all in this industry for as long as it continues to exist...

SAD.

You forgot to mention where exactly that 16.4 year pilot was on his own list compared to the "working" probation pilot..

That's what you get when two airlines with different unions merge. Oh wait...
