A very good lawyer got the stop invalidated on probable cause grounds.

Not "completely false and made up" by any stretch of the imagination.

Oh really Ableone? Its really easy to get on here and never rely on any facts.

Exhibit A for the defense was the dashcam video of the "violation" plus the traffic stop and sobriety testand the judge IMMEDIATELY threw it out. Hardly a good lawyer move.......

The funny part, if there is one, is that due to the way the FAA words the question on the medical application, he will have to continue to report this event on his medical application for the rest of his life.
