Thanks no-voters.

Now on the company's internal website, a 15-minute long explanation from the CA of 504 about how the news media took his comments out-of-context.

After executive leadership got beat up by virtually every work group for 48 hours, they've hauled this guy into Forest Hills and now he's put out a podcast about how in reality he got great support and maybe he could have done things better as well.

Utterly disgusting.
 
It reminds me of a brainwashed POW admitting he's a war criminal for dropping bombs on defenseless civilians. It's really scary. It could happen to any one of us.

I always thought guys who compared JetBlue to a cult were exaggerating, but now...I'm not so sure. It's absolutely terrifying.




But we're better off without representation....1193 short-sighted dopes say so.

Not rumors. He was not a supporter. Hopefully, this will open up some more eyes. But I don't want give this group of independent contractors more credit than they deserve.

No comment is the only response you ever, ever, ever give to the media/press. JB has PR people to deal with these kind of issues. Your job is to transport people from point A to point B as safely and efficiently as possible. That is what you are trained to do so do that. Nothing more nothing less.

Yep... this guy was without a doubt, hauled into a room with a set up jetblue lawyers and video camera. Here... sign this NDA, then get on camera and tell us how much you love mother Blue. Oh... and do it like your job depends on it... because it does.

Wonder if he is still a "No" voter?
 
surprised someone posted it...since the site said it was to be "internal" only.

That could get someone into trouble if they are able to track that down...

Today...on our company/emloyee only website, there is an audio only 'testimonial' of the Capt of 504 talking about the event...

It sounded...a lil gaurded and odd. I hope he really wasn't coaxed into it. Gives me a bad feeling.

Silly Bluejet pilots want to play airline pilot but not contribute anything to the ndustry. This is what you get when you don't have representation. This what you want, who is next?
 
It would be nice if the pilot group got together and paid for some ads in newspapers exposing this BS. They can use the money they saved by NOT having a union.

NO ONE CAN FORCE YOU TO SAY ANYTHING YOU DONT WANT TO. IF THIS GUY DOES NOT HAVE THE SPINE TO LOOK THE COMPANY, GOVERNMENT, PEERS, ETC IN THE EYES AND STATE HIS BELIEFS THAN HE DESERVES EVERYTHING THAT IS COMING TO HIM.

Its about time each of us looks in the mirror and decides what you stand for, how the hell can you look yourself in the mirror and accept that you stood for nothing when the rubber hit the road.....and for what a dam job!!!! OMG

The worst thing before he made this embarrassing tape that happened to him was he GETS FIRED BIG FREEEEEKING DEAL! Now he can still get fired and has sold his self esteem, his peers acceptance, and who the heck knows what else....I feel terrible for this guy, not cause of what the company did to him but for what he did to his family and himself......FLAME ON.....

You're (you + are) getting no merrit pay, but perhaps you're getting merit pay.
 
So, I just wanna re-cap this... Flight 504 from FLL-EWR diverts to Bradley, and people are stuck on the plane for 7 hours due to weather and extenuating circumstances (even at a JB station)... Let's assume the Captain and crew do everything to get fuel, food, buses, etc., to the airplane, but nothing materializes... Then this poor Captain is brought to Forest Hills to give an interview for a podcast/video which is then disseminated to all of JB? I'm just trying to piece this all together..
