I see on 350 they are looking for FEs.

Are those PFEs, or do they upgrade to FO eventually ?

I know Capital hires both PFE's & Pilot F/E's. It's my guess you'll need an A&P to to be a PFE. Need some large jet to be a Pilot F/E.
