SWA has more Denver daily departures than they do in Houston or Dallas. United will pull back to stop the bleeding domestically (and redeploy with a CAL strategy in mind) and Frontier is no longer a going concern. You do the math.

You 'wish'. We'll 'work' and take care of our people

So, DEN flying more than LAS, lots of four day pairings, DEN as a new aircrew base by Sep 2010?
HUH? Your getting a bit ahead of yourself aren't ya?
From SW Data:LAS Daily Dep =220

But you don't offer fresh baked cookies, Do you? You guys don't have animals on your tails, do you? Nope. Seems to be working, regardless.

I also heard that SWA was buying United...not.

What a concept. Deliver what you promise - On time, no frills. Keep your employees happy and well motivated and they will in turn work hard to make your business successful.

I love to hear good news in the industry. Especially when it's about reputable company's such as Southwest.

Unfortunately some of the attitudes of the more frequent WN posters on here are really sad. Luckily from the friends I have that work there I know better.

Hope that DEN base comes sooner than later for all of ya.

I agree. Let's just take care of our business and not be pricks about it. I've been guilty of this in the past.

It's GREAT to see new flights in Denver. A pilot base is ineviatable as long as Denver makes lease space etc affordable.

Gup
