Okay, what are your predictions for snow for Friday, 12 Feb at KATL?

I predict less than 2 inches of snow. Enough to shut the airport and the rest of the city down.

Confusion and pandemonium.

I just made my beer run- Sam Adams Creme Stout. I'm gonna sit back and enjoy the show in comfort and good spirits..................................at my house. With any luck, the crap will be gone by Sunday, when I fly next. To those that have to duke it out in this stuff, I salute you!

Isn't confusion and pandemonium the status quo in ATL?

The panic is rather ridiculous. I live 75 miles south of Hartsfield and the schools are all closed tomorrow just on the possibility of sleet/light snow! What's the worst case scenario, two inches of wet slush that will melt within a day? C'mon folks!

Sweet! My 3 day starts tomorrow and all my flights have been cancelled. Now I get to sit home, watch the snow, and wait for scheduling to call me.

Global warming sure is jacking with the weather here.....

You know that Greenland is having the warmest winter on record, right? New Zealand is having a record hot summer.

Climate change is GLOBAL. Just because your backyard is having a little cold snap, that doesn't mean the world isn't overall getting hotter.

I know! That's why my wife and I bought a Prius. It's not my fault now if the polar ice cap melts.
