Certificates issued between 12/15/2008 and 01/01/2009 expire on 01/05/2009 at 11:59:59 PM (GMT-7)
Certificates issued after 01/01/2009 expire 12/31 of the year they were issued, with the exception of certificates issued on or after 12/15, which will not expire until 01/05 of the following year.
(Example: Issued Date: 12/22/2010 expires 01/05/2011)

the certs expire, I understand that... but if you have an account and enter them into the system, do they still expire after entered into the system while you are waiting for the $200 to fund a new card? that would be a crappy system.

i was told that all cards and funds on them will be void after new years, and that you need to start the process over in 2010.

what is the exp. date on your card? that is what matters, once it is funded it is on the card.

FYI.. my new card had the same account number just a new exp. date.

Well, a $150K a year job or $200 in Atlantic Bucks. It is not worth the risk.

That sucks... I'm a total T-Shirt whole... But regardless of the free-bees I never make a fuel purchase decision based on anything but saving the company money... But hell ill cash in on the free goodies when it so works out.

I agree 100 percent. We don't choose the FBO and our dispatch has already figured out where to buy fuel and how much we generally need based on FBO fees and contract prices.
