The real question is, did they get enough money from this foreign investor to cut all their contracts with Republic? ;)
 
It is a shame that a company that pretty much owns amazing busy hubs cannot make a single profit. LAX, SFO, ORD, DEN... Look at Continental, with EWR and IAH and they still pull through.
