Bimini Island Air?

Any comments or knowledge about working there as a SAAB captain.. QOL, schedules, pay, etc

Simple search yields lots of info. From what I have gathered from their pilots and some searching:

QOL-get to be pilot, gate agent, baggage handler

schedule- some on demand charter, some sched ops

Pay- paychecks reportedly bounce...

I would hope so! To be totally honest I would love to do some island flying...

I have never worked for them but did meet a couple of their pilots a few years back in South Bimini. They didn't have good things to say about the operation. But a job right now is better than no job I suppose.
