What if you are senior there and just want your full pay? Junior people knew the risk they took coming on there (even at FedEx).


Then the senior folks should have changed the CBA that was recently voted upon....

After the age 60+ folks wetn back to the left seat, if they start calling for junior pilots to take a 100% pay cut, there might be a revolt....

What if you were junior there and wanted your seniority advancement back? The Farves knew about mandatory Age 60 retirement when they were hired there.

Nobody's entitled to a set rate of seniority advancement. The "Farves" are just following the law.
 
The answer is that you're f-ed.

Amen to that. Don't tell USCTrojan, though, he's a glass-half-full kinda guy, unlike me, I'm more of a glass-on-the-floor-in-a-million-pieces kind of guy.
 
So pretty much it said everything would be a lot better from a furlough standpoint if pilots weren't staying on till 65.

They should call it the "Fair treatment of greedy pilots" instead.
