I know there is absolutely no sense in asking, but I was just curious what the junior DOH is for both FO/CA on the RJ out of SLC? What is reserve like... fly a lot, a little? Mainly out and backs on the DL side, or a mix of UAL/DL? How about the trips? Any diversity in the flying?

Thanks for any help guys/gals,

poor

most jr. rj ca hired 7/05
most jr. rj fo hired 1/08

reserve sucks like everywhere, depends on staffing. 5 days to locals and standups and everything in between.

SLC is our largest base, so the variety of trips is wide

Thanks Sky for the help! When did Skywest last run new-hire classes? Summertime? Were new-hires getting SLC right out of training at the time? I bet it's a sometimes yet, sometimes no cycle right?

Hey, I was in one of the last RJ new hire classes last winter. I thought I would be getting SLC in a few months. Folks just ahead of me were getting it just barely out of IOE. Things changed quitckly though. I have been doing the commute to reserve in ORD for almost a year now with no hope of getting SLC anytime soon!

and yet it might...

Any growth we get here at Skywest isn't going to be out of SLC anytime soon. (A couple of extra routes here and there isn't growth)
