Anybody think about taking a job flying an Excel out of SMF please think twice or even three times. Not worth the trouble.

Horrible attitude, inappropriate racial and sexual comments, weeks late pay, expenses paid on your personal card that are later questioned and not paid( breakfast was charged to the room but hotel receipt showing the purchase was not good enough. I had to have the real receipt is just an example) no communication, no help, you will not be allowed to fly most legs, anti authority captain/owner, threats on your career zero days off etc etc etc. 5 year old plane and has had five different FO's. He thinks he owns the world. Does that work?

are you talking about excel aviation that's hq is in san carlos, or the charter operation that only has one plane? and if you don't mind me asking have you been able to find any other work in the sac area, or norcal?
