We work for "The Company" so we are immune to hard times.

Just Kidding but you will hear that on some message boards where a tin foil hat is required to post.

Do a search and I do not mind filling in some of the blanks......

We have had our ups and downs like everyone else, but I have found my without a doubt "The till retirement job". WOA is currently hiring for the DC-10 and the MD11 so send a resume if you are interested.

World Airways..one of the true legacy supplemental airlines with a very rich history, both on the management side as well as the within the pilot group. Hope they stay around a lot longer!

Just saw the video. Who was the captain of the B727?

My guess is W. Vest?

Anyone?

Ex-world guy

It was K.H. Don't forget the Air America heli that gave them directions out of that mess.

Got that story at the flying club in VHHH, one dark night.

What is a RA4000?

W. Vest... LOL, you crack me up boobs!

Had Warren in the sim for my initial. All was well until...

I went to touch the fuel panel. Then it went something like "if you touch that panel I'll rip your arm off and hit your head with it"! Good times.

But seriously, you cannot find a better place to fly with excellent crews. I should have NEVER left.....stupid....stupid....stupid..........

dude, why can't it be W.VEST?

Who was it then?

What about the rest of the crew in the video? Any of them still around in the form of sim-screamers I mean instructor?

I agree with the other poster, it was a great place with some great flying. My current job is no comparison.
