We just had a new branding and marketing campaign launched. They redesigned our logo and pilot wings, and are sending out mission statement cards stapled to the backs of TPS reports for us to wear behind our I.D. badges.

If you think that one is bad just wait until you see the deadhead slant the marketing company came up with. I don't know if it will work or not, but am positive we spent a lot of money on it.

Chances are the banner was placed by an Internet company that Flex contracts with for massive placements. Often the banners vary depending on the cookies on the computer of the user.

Exactly, the advertisements you see on the internet are mostly a direct function of the cookies on your computer. If you have a lot of cookies from avaition related websites, then you will begin to see more aviation banners pop up.

If you visit a lot of sports sites, you will see banners for sports apparel, etc.
